Mansory has returned to the Mercedes-AMG G63 again, though saying “again” almost understates how often that happens. The newest interpretation carries a separate identity this time: P820 Linea D’Arabo, a bespoke build that pushes the already exaggerated G-Wagen even further in nearly every visible direction.

The number in its name gives away the mechanical headline before anything else. Output is listed at 820 metric horsepower, equivalent to 808 brake horsepower and 603 kilowatts. That places it well above the 585 ps (577 hp/430 kW) delivered by the standard bi-turbo 4.0-liter V8. Mansory does not leave that figure hidden in technical notes either; it is central to how this version presents itself.

Visually, the SUV is difficult to mistake for a standard G63, even from a distance. New cladding appears on the front fenders, along the doors, and across the rear quarter sections. The widened arches use vent-like detailing, while additional trim continues around the body through side steps, rear wheel arch extensions, and a heavily sculpted hood. At the nose, the grille adopts diagonal slats carrying Mansory branding, and the front bumper receives further attached elements together with added daytime running lights.

There is more lighting above the windshield as well, mounted in the roof section, which makes the front profile look even busier than usual. Then the rear takes over. Mansory fits another pair of taillights, something that has become familiar on its G-Class projects, along with a revised bumper, a large diffuser, reshaped tailpipe trim, a custom spare wheel carrier, and a roof-mounted wing.

The side profile brings one feature that changes the character of the vehicle more than all the vents and extensions: rear suicide doors. They are paired with illuminated deployable side steps meant to ease entry and exit. The wheels are also part of Mansory’s known catalog, and the pictured example wears them under a custom paint finish that continues the bespoke theme.

At the back, a dedicated plaque identifies the vehicle by name and confirms its one-off nature. That detail probably matters because the likelihood of seeing another one in traffic is extremely low.

Inside, Mansory moves away from subtlety entirely. Black leather covers the cabin, a different steering wheel appears up front, and the door cards are reworked. The rear compartment uses two captain’s chairs with picnic tables, while logos appear throughout the interior. New trim pieces continue across the cabin, joined by fresh pedals, floor mats, and related details that separate it clearly from a regular AMG cabin.
